Systems Model

Structured Programs. Precise Protocols. Measurable Outcomes.

SMI programs are not wellness packages. They are clinically designed, protocol-driven courses of care built around specific biological systems. Each program includes diagnostic testing, clinical treatment, and a structured recovery pathway.

Programs are assigned by Dr. Segal following a Comprehensive Clinical Evaluation. Patients do not self-select — the evaluation determines the appropriate protocol.
