Most clinical practices are organized by specialty. A back pain practice. A gut health clinic. A cardiology office. Each sees a fragment of the patient.
We built SMI around a different architecture — five biological systems that, when evaluated together, reveal the full clinical picture. Every patient receives a comprehensive evaluation that maps their health status across all five systems before any protocol is designed.
This is not integrative medicine as a brand. It is integration as a clinical method.
Structural | Functional | Regenerative
Structural care addresses the spine, nervous system, and musculoskeletal framework. Functional medicine addresses the internal environment — gut, metabolism, immunity, cellular chemistry. Regenerative medicine accelerates tissue repair and restores biological resilience.
These three pillars work together inside a single coordinated model. No referrals between siloed practices. No fragmented care.
I’m Dr. Noah Segal, founder of Systems Medicine Institute. I work with people who know something is wrong but have not found clear answers—or who have been given separate recommendations without anyone stepping back to connect the full picture. My approach is designed for patients who want more than symptom management and are ready to understand the underlying patterns affecting their health, function, and quality of life.
At SMI, I integrate chiropractic care, functional medicine, advanced diagnostic testing, and regenerative technologies to develop a focused clinical strategy for each patient. Rather than applying a standard protocol, I look at how structural, digestive, metabolic, inflammatory, and lifestyle factors may be interacting, then identify the most important priorities and the most practical path forward.
My goal is for every patient to feel heard, understood, and confident that their care is being guided by thoughtful clinical reasoning. Whether you are navigating persistent pain, digestive or cardiovascular concerns, skin or autoimmune conditions, metabolic dysfunction, unexplained symptoms, or a complex health history, SMI offers a more integrated way to connect the dots and move forward with clarity.
SMI is a self-pay practice; we do not participate with insurance.
